The Qlikview/Qliksense Specialist will be a part of a back-office (L2+L3) support team which supports a whole range of BI platforms.• Front end platforms&; SAP BI (Business Objects), Qlikview, Qliksense
• Back end database platforms; Oracle (on Unix), Netezza and Microsoft SQL server (full MSBI stack)
• ETL and integration tools; Informatica (on Unix), SAP Data services, Websphere MQ
• Data Quality environment; Trillium.
The primary assignment for the Qlikview/Qliksense Specialist will be to support, operate, maintain and enhance the Qlikview en Qliksense platforms.
Main activities are:
• day to day operational follow-up, support and assistance for the production-, test- and acceptation environments of the Qlikview and Qliksense environments
• Perform upgrades, patches and installation of Qlikview and Qliksense products
• Handle incoming incidents and questions from developers/end-users, follow up and communicate on these incidents
• Provide support to the BI development teams and help in troubleshooting .
