JOB DESCRIPTION –
Responsibilities
· Understand in detail the scope of the service commitments to the clients, engage with client man-agers and all stakeholders productively to deliver on the contract commitments
· Final responsibility for ensuring 100% availability of all infrastructure and application systems, resolution of issues / incidents and service requests swiftly and effectively, and adherence to standard SLAs as de-fined for the support
· Managing incident prioritization and assignment, task allocation, helping team in issue resolution by co-ordinating with other teams, managing team working hours, shift planning and leave planning
· Take complete ownership of all aspects of the engagement and take the lead in driving various incidents, issues, proposals, to its logical conclusion
· Provide estimations for new change requirements, project planning, resource management, monitor de-liverables and ensure quality delivery and timely completion of change projects within budgets
· Ensure proper documents, like system documentation, SOPs, KeDBs, for all system processes are maintained properly and regularly updated
· Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to customer / product team
Skills
· Experience in Capital Markets related projects with certified PM credentials
· Strong technical background in ITIS - knowledge of IT infrastructure, datacenter management, technical architecture and solution designing (Windows or Unix platforms)
· Experience with production support, ticketing systems, SLA management and ITIL frameworks
· Ability to influence, motivate, mentor and engage a high performing multi-cultural team
· Strong sense of ownership, self driven, desire for constant improvement, innovation and high quality delivery
· Confidence to face day to day challenges and an ability to work on multiple threads without compromising on quality
· Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
· Proactive and logical approach to problem.
· Strong organization and planning skills
· Optimistic, energetic, motivated, hardworking, sincere, and trustworthy
· Mandatory language requirements – German and English
