My client is a leading player in pharmaceutical manufacturing, dedicated to innovation and excellence. I am currently seeking a dynamic Process Automation Engineer to contribute to the optimization and efficiency improvement of their manufacturing processes using the ABB 800xA system.Key Responsibilities:
Lead efforts in optimizing equipment performance, programming, and enhancing machine efficiencies using the cutting-edge ABB 800xA distributed control system.
Conduct life cycle analysis utilizing the ABB 800xA system to assess and improve the overall efficiency and longevity of automation systems.
Manage software administration within the ABB 800xA framework and implement robust backup strategies to ensure the reliability and security of critical automation software.
SAT and FAT Execution: Execute Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) procedures with precision, leveraging ABB 800xA features to comply with GMP standards.
Utilize specialized knowledge in 800xA testing and commissioning to ensure seamless integration and operation of the distributed control system.
Drive continuous process optimization initiatives, identifying and implementing improvements for enhanced efficiency and quality using ABB 800xA capabilities.
Specialize in batch control processes, implementing and managing systems crucial for pharmaceutical manufacturing with a focus on ABB 800xA.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
4-5 years proven experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience in process automation within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
Expertise in equipment optimization, programming, and improving machine efficiencies using ABB 800xA.
Hands-on experience in executing SAT and FAT procedures, ensuring GMP compliance.
Proficiency in 800xA testing, commissioning, and process optimization.
Specialized knowledge and experience in batch control processes with a focus on ABB 800xA.
