? Role SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Endpoint Management Engineer to administer, support, maintain, and optimize enterprise endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Co-Management, Windows Autopilot, Windows 10/11, Windows 365, Endpoint Security, and PowerShell Automation.

? Key Responsibilities? Administer and support Microsoft Intune and MECM environments
? Manage enterprise endpoint deployments and software distribution
? Deploy Windows updates, security patches, and applications
? Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows OS images
? Perform MECM infrastructure upgrades and cloud integration
? Configure Co-Management and Cloud Management Gateway (CMG)
? Manage Windows Autopilot provisioning and lifecycle management
? Monitor endpoint infrastructure health and performance
? Automate operational tasks using PowerShell
? Handle L3 technical escalations and root cause analysis
? Lead technical discussions and provide regular customer updates
? Ensure high availability, security, and compliance across endpoint environments
