Beschreibung

We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant in SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud, specializing in Sourcing and Procurement, to spearhead a roll-out project in Poland. This project entails mentoring a team of local consultants from our Polish implementation partner, ensuring the successful deployment of SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud solutions.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Lead and mentor a team of local consultants from the Polish implementation partner.
2. Oversee the implementation of SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud solutions for Sourcing and Procurement.
3. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions from the implementation partner at HQ, spanning from 15th April (or 6th May) for a duration of 3 weeks.
4. Collaborate with the local implementation team to develop GAP analysis, providing support for up to 8 weeks following the knowledge transfer phase.
5. Initiate roll-out implementation work post the GAP analysis phase, scheduled to commence no later than the second week of August.
6. Ensure timely completion of deliverables according to project milestones and deadlines.
7. Provide on-site support at the client's premises in the Warsaw area, Poland, during critical phases of the project. Remote working arrangements can be made as necessary.
8. Participate in hypercare activities for 3 months post go-live, ensuring smooth transition and resolution of any post-implementation issues.

*Requirements:*
1. Proven experience in leading end-to-end SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud projects, with a focus on Sourcing and Procurement.
2. Possession of S/4Hana Public Cloud certificates is mandatory.
3. Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud implementation methodologies and best practices.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish is highly desirable.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Willingness to travel on-site to the client's premises in Poland as required.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Project Type: Roll-out
- Country: Poland
- Project Language: English (Polish highly desirable)
- Duration: Knowledge transfer phase (3 weeks), GAP analysis support (up to 8 weeks), Roll-out implementation phase (commencing second week of August), Hypercare (3 months post go-live)

*Note:* Remote working arrangements are possible, with a willingness to work on-site during critical project phases. The go-live date is scheduled for January 1, 2025.
