Project Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Lead Consultant proficient in SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud, specialized in Financial Accounting, to lead a roll-out project in Poland. As the lead consultant, you will be instrumental in mentoring the local consultants from our Polish implementation partner and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud solutions for Financial Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of local consultants from the Polish implementation partner, providing guidance and support throughout the project life cycle. Drive the implementation of SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud solutions for Financial Accounting, ensuring compliance with project objectives and requirements. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions from the implementation partner at HQ, spanning from 15th April (or 6th May) for a duration of 3 weeks. Collaborate with the local implementation team to develop GAP analysis, offering support for up to 8 weeks following the knowledge transfer phase. Initiate roll-out implementation work post the GAP analysis phase, scheduled to commence no later than the second week of August. Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones, proactively addressing any issues or challenges that may arise. Provide on-site support at the client's premises in the Warsaw area, Poland, during critical project phases. Remote working arrangements can be made as necessary. Participate in hypercare activities for 3 months post go-live, ensuring seamless transition and resolution of any post-implementation issues. Requirements:
Extensive experience in leading SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud projects, with a focus on Financial Accounting, including multiple end-to-end implementations. Possession of relevant SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud certificates is mandatory. Thorough understanding of Financial Accounting processes and best practices within SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud. Proficiency in English; fluency in Polish is highly desirable to effectively communicate with local teams and stakeholders. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel on-site to the client's premises in Poland as required. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
