About our customer:

Our customer is an international member of thebanking industry.

For their branch in Vienna we are looking foran Professional Java Software Engnieer (m/f) with the commitment to develop professional web application software for the finance industry in an international environment.

Tasks:

• Excellent know-how of Java web development technologies

• Writing well designed, documented and testable Java code 

• Unit testing of the developed software components

• Assist the Software Architect in designing the software solution

• Being part of an international, distributed Scrum-team 

Skills:

• Excellent Java programming skills

• More than 3 years professional experience in GUI application development

• Adequate technical education (Technical School or suitable University degree)

• Good know-how in frontend technologies (Javascript, Typescript, CSS, Html 5.0)

• Good SQL- and database know-how (preferable Oracle)

• Agile mind-set and practical experience with Scrum

• Experience in finance & banking area is a plus

  • Pro-active attitude and team orientation

  • Very good command of English (mandatory)

  • German is a plus
