Our globally renowned pharmaceutical client is searching for an IT Business Analyst to support a migration project sanctioned by the Global team. This consultant will be supporting the existing IT and Quality teams with the country-wide implementation of a new Document Management System. The consultant we bring on board will be required to take control of the migration between the existing Legacy DMS (Lotus Notes) and the new Global-standard DMS (Documentum).Client: Top 10 Pharma Company
Location: Austria (inc. travel between multiple sites in region).
Start: ASAP

Duration: Initially 4-6 months (until EoY), further extensions are likely.
Contract Pay Rate: ALL INCLUSIVE
Languages: German & English (Majority of docs are in German, English language required to communicate with Global team).
Time Lines:
- CV Feedback - ASAP
- Interviews - Telephone followed by F2F Onsite where possible.
Site/Project Information: IT system migration project with travel between sites.
- The local sites have outdated and inconsistent document management systems existing; therefore, the global team have recognised that standardisation throughout these sites is required.
- The existing DMS in place is Lotus Notes, however the Global team wish to implement a newer and more robust system called Documentum.
- Documentum is being strategically rolled out across all sites throughout Europe and there is a gap in resource for the implementation of this at a local site based level.
- The consultant will be expected to offer migration support for both sites (travel to sites is expected).
- The consultant will act as the bridge' between what global want to implement and the existing systems on these sites.
Main TASKS:
- Collaborate with Application Architect and Quality lead to investigate and define solutions that deliver business value.
- Work with the Documentum application architect to document a proposed project approach. Define and assess the application landscape.
- Collaborate with application/solution architect to identify potential tools to be used in the migration project and vendors to review with the team.
- Collaborate with Quality unit in identifying potential gaps in the existing business processes
- Work with the Architect to mitigate the gaps and propose workarounds and solutions
- Support and guide data cleansing and preparation activities for migration from Lotus Notes to Documentum
- Contribute to the creation of the functional specifications, design specifications, and consult on conceptual design reviews for Documentum.
- Conduct validation testing of export/import tools including:
1. Creation of Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification scripts.
2. Support during test execution.
All profiles must:
- Have Pharma experience
- Speak/read/write fluent German
- Have CSV knowledge
- Have IT/systems-related background (degree level)
- Offer min. 4 days per week
- Be willing to commit to the works until February 2017 at the earliest.
