StellenbeschreibungWe are looking for an external Business Analyst in the area of B2B CRM solutions with a focus on the D365 Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution for a globally operating company in the consumer goods and medical products sector.The consultant should have Enterprise level experience in utilizing Dynamics 365 or Power Apps.Fluent English is essential. Minimum 6 years of Experience as IT Business Analyst or Consultant for large scale business applications preferably in the Lead To Contract process domain (marketing, sales, e-commerce, customer service, trade promotions, order management, etc.)

- Minimum 6 years of Experience as IT Business Analyst or Consultant for large scale business applications preferably in the Lead To Contract process domain (marketing, sales, e-commerce, customer service, trade promotions, order management, etc.) - Enterprise level experience in utilizing MS Dynamics 365 or Power Apps - Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information - Ability to work in international environment across multiple business needs - Experience in agile delivery methodologies and in managing work and tests in an agile framework utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira - Excellent English, with prove communication and collaboration skills in international company environmentsA passion for CRM
