// DEINE AUFGABEN //
- Aktive Mitarbeit in einem Team aus Mobile-Entwickler
- Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Android-Projekten
- Mitarbeit an der Einhaltung von Iterationszielen
- Entwicklung und Implementierung effektiver agiler Prozesse und -methoden für die Android Entwicklung
- Unterstützung des Teams, um optimale Leistungen zu erzielen
- Kommunikation mit anderen Entwicklern, dem Product Owner und Agile Coach, um die Projektziele zu erreichen
- Entwicklung von mobilen Features eine mobilen App, Ansprache von API’s und vorhandenen Java Backends

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Informatik oder Softwareentwicklung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Android-Entwicklung, ggf. als Lead-Entwickler
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Android, Kotlin, Java, AWS, Terraform, Java Spring (Backend), Typescript mit Node.js oder Nest.js, Kafka, OAuth und API-Entwicklung
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und DevOps-Praktiken
- Teamorientierung und Fähigkeit, Kollegen zu motivieren
- Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit sowie Begeisterungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Hohe Gestaltungsmotivation und strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft nach Stuttgart (c.a. 2 x im Monat)

Our client operates a digital platform for the automotive sector. They are currently seeking a senior Android developer to join their team as soon as possible.
// YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES //
- Active participation in a team of mobile developers
- Planning, organizing, and executing Android projects
- Contributing to meeting iteration goals
- Developing and implementing effective agile processes and methods for Android development
- Supporting the team to achieve optimal performance
- Communicating with other developers, the Product Owner, and Agile Coach to reach project goals
- Developing mobile app features, interfacing with APIs, and existing Java backends
// WHO YOU ARE //
- Completed studies or comparable qualification in computer science or software development
- Several years of experience in Android development, possibly as a lead developer
- Proficiency in Kotlin, AWS, Terraform, Java Spring (Backend), Typescript with Node.js or Nest.js, Kafka, OAuth, and API development
- Experience with agile methods and DevOps practices
- Team orientation and ability to motivate colleagues
- Strong communication skills, conflict resolution ability, enthusiasm, and assertiveness
- High motivation for design and structured, solution-oriented work
- Willingness to travel to Stuttgart (approximately 2 times per month)
