My pharmaceutical client based in Germany is looking for a Economic consultant to start in January. This is a 40 hours per week (full time) project until the end of June for now and is remote. Rates are flexible depending on experience.You Task are Creating and maintaining a repository of all service opportunities that are coming up , the contractor create a repository based on their own experience and based on a list of already existing opportunities that will be provided in advance. Consulting on the added value of t hose opportunities that are addressing a clear business need, enjoy high interest of key stakeholders and that are worth following up from an HPS perspective. The Consultancy will be based on the contractor’s own expertise and experience.
At least five years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Life Sciences industry, Global Business Services, Finance, Business Analytics or Sourcing
- At least three years of relevant working experience as Solution Design and Business Modeling Expert in a shared services or BPO organization or similar kind of entity (including BPO Services Providers)
- Experience in modeling business cases including quantification of solution designs
- Experience in scouting and innovation of new services, processes and technologies (i.e. Digital Transformation)
- Proven track record of successful lateral leadership and influencing skills
- Self-starter without the need to be actively managed
- Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
- Very strong business acumen and ability to adapt as needs change
- Displays problem solving and inquisitive mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion to identify enhancements in existing solutions and to drive optimizations
