For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for Documentation Specialist (m/f/d).

The perfect candidate We are seeking a Repository Operative in the Support Function Team of Legal & Compliance with commercial background. As a member of this team, you will maintain the repository GRACE/LCAR database and the physical archive in the document management. Your main responsibilities will be: Entering records in LCAR (Legal Contracts Automation & Repository) Monitoring of generic inboxes and pro-active handling of search requests for agreements Acting as Account Manager (activation of Legal addresses) in LCAR
Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Global Repository and Contract Engine (GRACE and LCAR)
· Filing of contracts in LCAR / LCAR Account Manager role
· Maintenance of physical contracts in archive
· Handle inquiries and search requests / monitoring 3 Generic Inboxes
Must Haves:
· A commercial diploma or equivalent qualification is required,
· Ease in using IT tools and confidence
· careful and detail-oriented
· Fluent English and German
