Hello Everyone,
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer / EUC Support Specialist to join our team in Southaven, Mississippi, USA.

??? Role: Desktop Support Engineer
? Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 onsite desktop and end-user technology support.
Troubleshoot Windows laptops/desktops, Mac endpoints, docking stations, monitors, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, VPN, and VDI.
Handle escalated incidents and service requests from the remote Service Desk.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and end-user applications.
Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Coordinate with Service Desk, Network, Infrastructure, Security, Application, and Microsoft 365 teams.
Perform hands-on hardware and connectivity troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate ticket documentation, resolution notes, and escalation details.
Provide excellent onsite customer service while following security and IT support procedures.
? Required Skills? 4+ years of Desktop / EUC / End-User Support experience
? Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience
? Experience with Microsoft Active Directory & Entra ID
? Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune & Microsoft 365
? Knowledge of VPN & VDI troubleshooting
? Experience supporting laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, scanners, and Wi-Fi
? ITSM / Ticketing system experience
? Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and escalation skills
? Ability to work onsite in Southaven, MS
? Nice to HaveMac endpoint support experience
Experience with Okta / Duo MFA
Experience supporting users in a healthcare or laboratory environment
Knowledge of security, privacy, access, and change-control procedures
