As a Consultant for Migration and Coexistence Groupware Solution, your primary responsibility will be to support a groupware migration project aimed at replacing the existing Lotus Notes system with a standardized platform based on Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Cisco Jabber, and Cisco WebEx. Additionally, you will be involved in updates to the migration software utilized in the project.
**Project Profile:**
This project involves the replacement of the existing Lotus Notes infrastructure, including client software, with a standardized platform consisting of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Cisco Jabber, and Cisco WebEx. Additionally, it includes updates to migration software and the reduction of Lotus Notes infrastructure. The consultant will be responsible for various tasks such as error reporting, support activities, documentation creation, user support, and test case creation and execution.
**Tasks:**
1. Report errors found during tests to the equipment manufacturer.
2. Support activities related to the test environment and productive license server.
3. Creation of instructions and documentation for users, including technically experienced users.
4. Acceptance, processing, solution, and documentation of user problems arising from third-party support.
5. Creation of user documentation for the migration software development package.
6. Creation of test cases in JIRA and execution in the test environment.
7. Creation of changes for dismantling the license server according to the technical concept.
Job requirements
**Qualification Requirements:**
1. Language skills: German (C1) and English (B1) - Common European Framework for Languages.
2. Experience with JIRA - at least 3 years in creating, editing, and managing issues.
3. Knowledge of HCL Notes - at least 5 years.
4. Knowledge of Maximo (change and problem management) - at least 3 years.
5. Knowledge of ITIL Foundation - at least 3 years.
6. Familiarity with relevant tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, Adobe Acrobat - at least 5 years each.
7. Experience with groupware migration and coexistence projects.
8. Successful completion of at least 2 HCL Notes -> Microsoft migration projects or rollout projects.
9. Experience with using "Active Archive" from BCC GmbH in at least one project -
**Experience Requirements:**
1. Successful optimization of rollout and migration processes - at least 2 years.
2. Independent implementation of analysis, planning, and conception of IT solutions.
