TASKS:
- Drives delivery of the new digital e-2-E-business line build up as a ring-fenced unit (called Digital Bank) of the Bank and its administration from business performance/
controlling/accounting/regulatory and internal reporting perspective, including set up of a unit steering infrastructure in cooperation with IT delivery team and cooperating tribes and units across the bank.
- Defines processes and integration of a new unit into the bank standard processes and reporting duties and in cooperation with respective tribes and units defines solutions and a setup of a unit accounting and controlling scheme, regulatory and risk reporting, capital planning, funding and other Back End processes.
- Defines data flows in and out of cooperating tribes and units, defines functional requirements to deliver the required interfaces with an underlying data model.
- Specifies and requires services to be consumed from other tribes and units including setting up SLAs, develops tools/solutions to handle specific internal unit processes by need.
- Define the business functional requirements for an integration to the Group data warehousing solution and customer data lake providing source data for following standard reporting and Business Intelligence jobs.
- Gathers requirements from all stakeholders including compliance and legal, makes sure the new business steering processes are compliant.
- Orchestrates/steers progress and deliveries from cooperating tribes and units across the bank to deliver on plan.
- Defines the product backlog epics to develop the new digital business line capabilities in stated steering & reporting areas, as part of solution epics elaboration, describes jobs and processes of a new unit administration as well as jobs required from cooperating units and tribes, may get reflected in internal manuals. Prepares epics user stories and user stories artifacts (objects).
- Validates sprints deliveries both from the IT delivery team as well as from internal tribes and units.
SKILLS:
- 5+ years experience in a bank or a financial institution team, unit or a division administration, performance monitoring and steering & reporting
- Expert on a bank unit/division or fin. institution performance monitoring (portfolio profitability, quality and performance measurement), financial/risk controlling (stress testing (internal/regulatory), economic capital calculation), and/or regulatory reporting (good overview of EU reporting framework eg Corep, Finrep, Liquidity)
- Basic knowledge expected on IFRS9 requirements and impairment calculation
- Know-how of a bank/fin. institution Back End systems including accounting, risk reporting and regulatory reporting, the way of integration, including warehousing solutions
- Tech savvy, command of tools to develop and run financial reporting and business intelligence
- Senior skills in project management and work with and orchestration of multiple stakeholders across the bank, experience with agile delivery
- Experience in CEE market, preferably in Poland
- Fluent English, Polish or other CEE language advantage
