Business Analyst (m/f/d)We are currently looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) for a project in the field of mobility for our client.
Details of the mission / expected tasks:
Under the responsibility of the Project Manager, the mission is to support the Product/Digital, Marketing and Development teams in the update of the mobility service and the definition of the transition plan (current version to new version, change of cards/token and customer communications).
- Analysis and planning of project activities (facelift, ticketing including tidio, communication, token change, migration, etc.)
- Formalization of the main customer journeys (onboarding / login, token change, support)
- Testing of updated/developed features
- Coordination with the various teams involved and external partners
- Additional tasks (market research, meeting minutes, etc.)
Scope of the mission:
- Start date: as soon as possible (please let us know your options)
- Duration: about 4 weeks
- Place of execution: Luxembourg
- Allocation/Staffing: Between 80% and 100%
- Languages: French and English

Nous recherchons actuellement un Business Analyst (m/f/d) pour un projet dans le domaine de la mobilité pour notre client.
Détails de la mission / tâches attendues:
Sous la responsabilité du Project Manager, la mission consiste à accompagner les équipes Produits/Digital, Marketing et Développement dans la mise à jour du service de mobilité et la définition du plan de transition (version actuelle vers nouvelle version, changement de cartes/token et communications clients).
- Analyse et planification des activités projet (facelift, ticketing incluant tidio, communication, changement token, migration...)
- Formalisation des customer journeys principales (onboarding / connexion, changement de token, support)
- Testing des fonctionnalités mises à jour / développées
- Coordination avec les différentes équipes impliquées et partenaires externes
- Tâches additionnelles (études de marché, meeting minutes…)
Scope de la mission:
- Date de démarrage: le plus rapidement possible (merci de nous indiquer vos possibilités)
- Durée : environ 4 semaines
- Lieu d’exécution: Luxembourg
- Allocation/Staffing: Entre 80% et 100%
- Langues : Français et Anglais
