Beschreibung
We are looking for an experienced hands-on HV site specialist to support a brownfield substation project. This is not a pure site/project-management role. The key requirement is the ability to technically inspect and verify subcontractor work on site and ensure installation is carried out correctly and in line with applicable standards.
Start date: Beginning of December
Capacity: 100% - 150-160 hours per month
Duration: 12 months, high chance of extension to 24 months
Responsibilities
- Supervise and technically check 110 kV installation work
- Inspect cable preparation, routing, connections/terminations and installation quality
- Oversee works across HV/MV substation infrastructure
- Coordinate external contractors and resolve technical/site issues
- Work from technical standards and customer-specific requirements
- Ensure work is correct throughout a live brownfield modification, not only at final handover
- Support testing, commissioning and quality documentation
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in 110 kV / high-voltage installation
- Substation / Umspannwerk experience
- Able to judge whether contractor work has been executed correctly
- Knowledge of HV cabling, switchgear, transformers and ideally secondary systems
- Brownfield/live-substation experience preferred
- Comfortable reading and applying technical standards
- Independent, practical and site-focused
