Beschreibung

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Functional Consultant to join a long-term project in Antwerp, Belgium.
In this role, you will support the delivery and optimization of SAP TM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure efficient transportation and logistics processes.
The ideal candidate combines strong functional SAP TM expertise with practical configuration experience and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.


Location: Antwerp, Belgium (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Long-term
Workload: 100% (Full-time)
Contract Type: Freelance
Language: Dutch (mandatory)

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP TM solutions.
  • Perform hands-on SAP TM configuration and functional troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
  • Support end-to-end transportation management processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to effective SAP TM solutions.

Your Profile
Must-have Requirements
  • Proven hands-on experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP Transportation Management.
  • Practical experience with SAP TM configuration and implementation.
  • Solid understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.
  • Fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work onsite in Antwerp 3 days per week.
  • Availability for a full-time, long-term freelance assignment.
Nice-to-have Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management.
  • Knowledge of freight planning, transportation execution, and related logistics processes.
  • Experience in international SAP implementation or transformation projects.
