Administrative Expert vacancy with 50 % workload for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Commercial training (e.g. Swiss Association of Commercial Employees, business school) or equivalent (e.g. other vocational qualification)
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector
- Experience level of an Administrative Expert / Senior Administrative Assistant
- Good written and spoken English and German Knowledge of other languages (e.g. French) advantageous
Your tasks:
- Independently takes care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes
- Organize meetings and write minutes, Organize events, Organize travels and submit expense reports on behalf of team members
- Submit POs; order office supplies; handle invoices
- Deputize for administrative staff
- Support and advise the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department
