Beschreibung
We are currently looking for a freelance ABAP Developer - Modern ABAP & AI for our client in the IT sector.
Start: asap fulltime
Location: remote & 2 days per week on-site in Walldorf
Duration: Long-term engagement (at least 18 months)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ABAP-based functionalities within PPMS.
- Develop AI-related solutions, including MCP Servers and AI-supported automation.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in ABAP applications.
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Work with complex business processes and continuously improve existing solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development.
- Strong knowledge of modern ABAP, ABAP Objects, ABAP CDS, and OData.
- Experience with AI technologies and AI-driven productivity improvements is desirable.
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical and business requirements.
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and willingness to learn.
- Fluent German and good English communication skills.
- Availability to work on-site in Walldorf approximately twice per week.
