Projekthistorie
Mobilised and ran a CFO-sponsored finance transformation covering enhancements to the live SAP S/4HANA finance estate and a new SAP Analytics Cloud planning and reporting layer across ten workstreams. Built governance from nothing within three weeks of kick-off, renegotiated the integrator Statement of Work, owned the integrated plan and 27-milestone register, and settled the scope of a data readiness workstream for the group's Irish life insurer.
Joined mid-flight as regional lead for 24 countries across the EU and ANZ for the Magnum Ice Cream carve-out payroll transformation. Managed regional plan, RAID, cross-country dependencies and vendor governance from SIT and UAT through parallel runs, cutover and hypercare. Owned the payroll-to-finance integration workstream and co-delivered GL file training across 20 countries.
Ran the weekly performance, backlog and escalation cadence with the BPO partner across 57 countries and 80,000+ employees, using dashboards in Looker Studio. Worked on the India self-service content pilot and AI Assist initiative. Improved Tier 1 resolution, turnaround and CSAT in India.
