Hi I'm Thomas - I founded my own recruitment consultancy in 2021 with Mercier Recruiting and specialize in finding suitable candidates. I have many years of experience in the recruitment industry.

I have worked for some of the leading staffing companies in Germany. In doing so, I have filled a variety of roles. Most recently, I was responsible for setting up the Sales & Marketing division in Bavaria. This included the structural and personnel development of a multi-member team consisting of account managers and recruiters. The focus was on the placement of experts in the field of temporary employment (ANÜ).

In addition to my disciplinary management duties, I was responsible for the alignment of our strategy, budget planning and business development in coordination with my divisional performance.

In my professional career, I have negotiated and implemented numerous framework agreements for the service lines of direct placement, contracting and employee leasing. I therefore offer companies various services in the areas of human resources and purchasing.

In addition to operative and strategic recruiting tasks, I also prepare supplier evaluations and take over the purchasing of personnel services, among other things. Together with my clients, I determine the appropriate evaluation criteria, their weighting and measurability. The resulting
findings are then incorporated into the purchasing and recruitment strategy.
