Projekthistorie
Founded gyde and raised more than $5M in venture funding, taking the product from zero to one through problem-solution fit discovery, MVP creation, and strategic pivots. Built and led three teams across engineering, product, and customer success, managing 15-21 people. Architected a serverless, API-first AI platform using Google ADK, GCP Cloud Run, MCP, and A2UI. Built a proprietary AI course-creation engine and autonomous agent layer achieving training completion rates above 95%. Introduced an AI-driven development approach increasing engineering throughput by more than 10x. Achieved ISO 27001 certification and owned enterprise security, privacy, and governance.
Developed a blockchain-based mobility platform including the first pilot products. Designed the architecture and system for a global payment and transaction management service for Daimler AG. Developed a pilot for smart city services based on big data analytics. Designed and validated a business model for an automotive cloud and data platform.
Created and led a 20-person innovation lab for Finance, Controlling, and IT, taking business problems from discovery through problem-solution fit and MVP delivery in approximately three months. Led process digitization initiatives across Finance, Controlling, and IT. Owned project acquisition and project management. Provided consulting, technology evaluation, and agile coaching. Spearheaded the first public blockchain project at a large German corporate, a Mercedes-Benz and LBBW collaboration using smart contracts to put Schuldscheine on blockchain.
