Lead sustainability and governance engagements for enterprise clients, translating reporting and transition requirements into processes, controls, ownership, management information and implementation plans. Support a major energy group with governance and delivery architecture for its transition plan, including requirements, processes, RASCI, performance monitoring and executive reporting. Advise on CSRD implementation, sustainability reporting processes, EU regulatory change and assurance readiness.
Built and led Deloitte Greece's Sustainability and Climate practice, including its service portfolio, market development and multidisciplinary team. Led 40 professionals and managed a 1.5 million euro sustainability budget, achieving 60 percent revenue growth. Advised boards and C-suites on CSRD and ESRS, sustainability strategy and governance, sustainable finance, climate risk, decarbonisation and sustainability data governance. Directed sustainability reporting, climate-law implementation, Scope 1 to 3 accounting and the design of internal sustainability processes and controls.
Established the Sustainability and Climate service line while leading Digital Controls, Risk Management and Internal Audit services.
