Delivered €92M inventory reduction across 10 European markets and 70+ warehouses while improving product availability. Also contributed – as Global Process Owner – to SAP rollouts in Austria, France and Norway as well as the design of a Pan-European SAP S/4HANA Template with a first rollout planned in UK.
