Enterprise ALM toolchain owner within a 7-person IT engineering team, collaborating with DB, Infra, Security, Network, and Storage teams to serve 1,000+ engineers in the automotive chip division. Supported SoC solutions for tier-1 OEMs under Automotive SPICE. Consolidated engineering toolchains from 2 acquired companies, onboarded 4 new engineering applications (MagicDraw/Teamwork Cloud, Codebeamer, Stages, Sparx EA), maintained ALM platform availability, and reduced critical incident resolution through monitoring setup (Splunk/Datadog) and runbook creation.
ALM ownership continued through Renesas acquisition of Dialog. Managed toolchain operations during domain and network integration for distributed semiconductor engineering teams. Executed 5+ application migrations merging Renesas and Dialog engineering environments across Linux/Windows, integrated ALM platforms into Renesas domain and network infrastructure maintaining operational continuity for 1,500+ users, and transitioned ownership of consolidated toolchain to Renesas central IT post-integration.
