Senior Software Engineer - .NET & Full Stack

Led the core architecture and development of an enterprise-scale AI-driven RPA platform. Built a cross-platform UI automation framework covering Windows native apps, browsers, and Java apps. Engineered an intelligent workflow recorder, developed a real-time Windows UI Element Tree Inspector, designed IPC infrastructure (gRPC, WCF, NamedPipes), maintained CI/CD pipeline (MSBuild, GitLab, Jenkins), led migration from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 8, implemented SaaS-level distributed tracing with SkyWalking and Prometheus, and developed a MCP server exposing native Windows automation capabilities to AI agent products.

Spearheaded end-to-end development, performance optimization, and maintenance of an Audio/Video Communication Client for legal sector workflows using MVVM framework with Prism. Engineered CI/CD pipeline with CruiseControl.NET and developed a robust client-side auto-update tool. Designed and developed a client-side product upgrade tool supporting automatic version detection, incremental updates, and seamless installation.

Architected and implemented the Auto Yard Management System for PSA (Port of Singapore Authority) container operations. Developed and maintained the high-traffic PSA e-Portal serving international shipping clients. Migrated legacy CORBA-based systems to Hessian protocol, maintained WinForms product framework using DevExpress, MVVM pattern and GDI+, optimized rendering pipeline and UI performance for real-time port terminal visualization, and established CI/CD pipeline using CruiseControl.NET and WixToolSet.
