End-to-end implementation and administration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including solution design, configuration of Corporate and Country-Specific Data Models, Foundation and MDF Objects, Position Management, Job Structures, Compensation Frameworks, Business Rules, Workflows, Time Management, Leave of Absence, Role-Based Permissions, and Data Migration using SAP Activate methodology.

Performance & Goal Management (PMGM)
Configuration and functional ownership of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management, including Goal Plans, Performance Form Templates, Calibration Templates, Continuous Performance Management (CPM), Route Maps, rating scales, Competency Libraries, Job Profile Builder, mass goal imports, and end-to-end process support from design through go-live and post-go-live audits.

Recruiting Management (RCM) & Onboarding 2.0
Configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management including job requisition templates, candidate profiles, offer approvals, Interview Central, career site builder, talent pool, and email campaigns. Implementation of Onboarding 2.0 including process variants, permission roles, business rules, document templates, data model configuration, and end-to-end user acceptance testing.

SAP S/4HANA Integration
Configuration of public holidays, holiday calendars, daily work schedules, and work schedule rules in SAP S/4HANA, as well as verification and validation of employee master data replicated from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

SAP Cloud Platform Integration & APIs
Leveraging APIs, middleware including SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SFAPI, OData APIs, and third-party tools for data integration between SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM, and external systems.

People Analytics & Custom Reporting
Creation of Custom Reports, Ad Hoc Reports, and People Analytics Dashboards for HR, payroll, and compliance requirements within SAP SuccessFactors.

Testing & Quality Assurance
Preparation and execution of Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with documented test plans, scripts, and defect resolution across SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Change Management & Training
Conducting Change Management, Train-the-Trainer, and End-User Enablement Sessions to ensure adoption and effective utilization of SAP SuccessFactors system features across HR teams, managers, and business stakeholders.

Project Management (PMP)
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with experience leading SuccessFactors implementation teams, managing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, rollout, and post-implementation support.

SAP Activate Methodology
Application of SAP Activate methodology for delivering scalable, compliant, and globally standardized HR solutions in SAP SuccessFactors projects, including cutover planning, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare.
