Manage and coordinate mechanical construction activities for major industrial and oil & gas projects at the Tengiz facility. Support construction execution for power plant and industrial facilities, coordinate mechanical equipment erection and installation, plan heavy lifting operations, support brownfield and demolition activities, and coordinate site activities between engineering, construction, lifting, equipment, HSE and other project disciplines.

Conduct research in structural dynamics, hysteresis theory, buckling and finite element analysis. Develop engineering models and perform numerical and experimental investigations. Prepare technical publications and research documentation.

Managed engineering activities associated with power-generation projects. Led preparation of tenders, scopes of work, BOQs and technical proposals. Managed and coordinated the engineering team, cost breakdowns, contracts and purchase-order agreements. Supported project execution from engineering and procurement through implementation.
