System Design & Lifecycle Oversight
Extensive experience in the design of complex mechanical systems across multiple industries including Aerospace, Environmental, Chemical, Pharma, and Ventilation. Constant oversight on the whole lifecycle of systems under development, from concept to production.
Structural & Fluid Dynamic Analysis (FEM/CFD)
Proficiency in FEM and CFD analysis using tools such as Ansys, Hyperworks, Solidworks Simulation, Ansys CFD, Fluent, and Icepak. Application of multiphysic CFD/FEM methods to assess thermal behavior and structural integrity under cyclic and complex loading conditions.
Technical Project Management
Leadership of multidisciplinary design teams and management of projects from feasibility study through construction and installation phases. Experience with supplier management, procurement, validation, and testing across international projects.
CAD Software Proficiency
Hands-on experience with a wide range of CAD tools including Solidworks, Creo, CATIA, Inventor, and AutoCAD for the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies.

Design of a new system to tow cargo ships via a kite/drone which flies in high, powerful winds. Development of concept, feasibility analysis, and structural preliminary sizing.
Managing the design of sub-assemblies of plants for capturing CO2 from air via Direct Air Capturing technology. Supervision and design of interfaces between different areas of the system (electrical, pneumatic systems, civil structures), installation strategy, safety requirements, maintenance solutions. Execution and check of FEM analysis for the main component under cyclic thermal stress. Supervision of system installation on construction site in Iceland and Switzerland. Key project: Prototype test plant in Basel.
