Ich heiße Rico Fernando, bin in Österreich, dem schönen Salzburg, mit Münchner Wurzeln geboren.
Nach einer Frühkarriere im Leistungssport, speziell im Profi-Fußball und einem schwarzen Gürtel in Taekwondo, habe ich mich umorientiert und ein Masterstudium in Organisationspsychologie absolviert und mich dabei auf den Bereich HR und Organisationsentwicklung spezialisiert.
Seit 25 Jahren bekleide ich verschiedene HR- und P&C-Positionen, habe zweimal erfolgreich gegründet (inklusive einem erfolgreichen Exit) und berate Unternehmen seit über 10 Jahren.
Meine Erfahrungen reichen von Konzernen wie BMW, Oracle, Telekom und Kabeldeutschland bis hin zu Startups und Scaleups in München. Bei Rocket Internet habe ich sowohl die Holding beraten als auch diverse Ventures der Rocket Internet Gruppe mit aufgebaut.
Was mich auszeichnet, ist der unbedingte Lösungsfokus und die ganzheitliche Bewältigung organisatorischer Herausforderungen an der Wurzel. Immer mit dem gleichen Willen, die Exzellenz und den Teamgeist, den ich im Leistungssport kennengelernt habe, in den HR-Bereich zu transferieren.
