Cleanroom Construction & Commissioning

Project Management
End-to-end project management of complex, multi-trade cleanroom and HVAC projects with volumes up to EUR 16 million. Covers full project lifecycle including planning, execution, commissioning and complete CQV, with leadership of large site teams and full P&L responsibility.
GMP Qualification & Documentation
Comprehensive qualification and documentation of cleanrooms and equipment according to DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ requirements, including HVAC, envelope, gases, WFI and monitoring systems in GMP environments.
Supplier Sourcing & Equipment Development in China
Establishment of qualified supplier bases in China through sourcing missions to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong, including factory audits, product testing, contract negotiations and co-development of project-specific GMP-grade equipment.
Schedule, Cost & Risk Control
Strong capabilities in schedule management, cost control and risk mitigation across large-scale international construction and commissioning projects, including turnaround of distressed projects and retrofits in live production environments.
Procurement, Sales & Client Acquisition
Experience in procurement, sales and client acquisition within a cleanroom construction company context, including business development and HR and finance responsibilities as CEO.
Turnaround & Retrofit Management
Proven track record in managing distressed-project turnarounds and retrofits in live production environments, including taking over projects mid-execution and stabilising delivery.
International Project Delivery
Active in 5 countries including Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Austria and China, managing international water-treatment and cleanroom projects for municipal utilities and pharma clients.
