IT business and customer experience in many different roles: since 1999 (15 years).

2014: passed Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
2013: passed ITIL v3 Foundation certification
2013: passed SAS 9 Base Programmer certification
2011: passed M.Sc. Computer Science exam
