My responsibilities include serving as a technical point of contact for medium and large
customers in diverse branches (Pharma, Transportation, Commerce, Manufacturing,
Consumer Goods) in and around Frankfurt am Main area. Working as part of Account
Management Teams, I support most of the stages in the sales process, from evaluating
options through building and showcasing Proofs of Concept, to confirming delivered value
after the implementation. My achievements include fulfilling over 100% on the revenue
plan for products and services in my first year. I've also optimized internal reporting tools
for making continuous customer engagements easier for our pre-sales team.
