- Advisor in legal issues, for documents, budget and negotiations
- Collaborations on projects to optimize HR processes and structures in close cooperation with the CEO
- Handling Projects on country and european level
- Responsible for recruitments and candidate management
- Responsible for cooperations with universities and academies for dual students
- Experience with LMS, preparation and follow-up of payroll accounting, short-time-work during CoViD-19 Pandemic
- Responsible for employee surveys, the results analysis and therefore derive recommendations for actions
