Key Qualifications & Responsibilities
* Responsible for the commercial results of Masstech within EMEA
* Expanding and growing the pipeline for new business (hunting)
* Build, mentor and Lead a team of senior sales across EMEA
* Lead by example and common sales management principles.
* Maintain contact with large (enterprise) customers across the Territory at CxO level
* Personally, involved in getting, keeping and improving relationships with new and existing
(strategic) prospects and (strategic) customers as partners across EMEA.
* Develop new sales strategies together with Business development as with strategic tech
partners and resellers
* Connect Sales and Engineering to be the trusted advisor the customer is looking for.
Key Achievement
* Managed to grow the Sales Pipeline to 50% of the total company sales pipeline Worldwide.
* Expanding and growing the pipeline to new business (hunting) with 35 public broadcasters
(including FIFA, Vatican, Sky group and other major public and private broadcasters in
EMEA).
* Develop the markets and extend the industries to non-media and firstly establish project
involvement with for example the Finnish and Danish Police
* Push cloud and web enabled services to tier 1 Blue chip and Public enterprises
* Develop and implement clear training plans and incentives for Tech-Partners and System
Integrators.
