Wing Structures Stress

• Collaborated with suppliers such as Parker Hannifin to negotiate design changes for fuel system actuators, achieving a cost reduction of approximately $100k per A350 aircraft.
• Conducted stress analysis on Slat Track roller pins, electrical brackets, and hydraulic brackets for the A320 family wings, aligning with sustainability objectives.
• Acted as Financial Manager for the team, overseeing budget management for business operations.

Zero Emissions Aircraft (Side Project)

• Led the development of modeling and simulation capabilities for analyzing impacts such as bird strikes and tire debris on liquid hydrogen tanks, earning significant appreciation for contributions.

A350 Chief Engineers Team (6 Months)

• Enabled multimillion-dollar savings by advocating for updates to landing gear fatigue documentation, eliminating the need for premature replacement of safe-life parts at 'C' checks.
• Evaluated technical feasibility, cost implications, weight penalties, and timelines to support Go/No-Go decisions for custom airline requests.
• Managed task prioritization for the A350 wing engineering team's 2020 objectives.

AlbatrossONE (Side Project)

• Received an excellence award for successfully implementing NASTRAN flutter modeling for AlbatrossONE, the world's first flapping wing-tip aircraft in an advanced R&D initiative.
