Senior PMO in a complex international multi-stakeholder environment involving several large partner organizations. Established and stabilized governance, reporting, coordination structures and reliable project routines across distributed teams. Developed and implemented the project’s change request process.
Health Insurance Transformation, 2020–2022
Led project controlling, monthly closing, forecasting, plan–actual–remaining analysis, budget support and management reporting. Helped establish project processes, tools and governance structures from the ground up and coordinated contract, approval and invoice topics for external specialists.
Central PMO Setup and Leadership, 2018–2020
Played a key role in building a centralized PMO function, defining roles, responsibilities, processes and governance structures. Built and led a PMO team that grew from three to approximately eight members and developed onboarding, training and competency management.
AVAILABILITY & WORK SETUP
Available for remote assignments from January 2027. Based in Panama (UTC-5) and available from 4:00 a.m. Panama time, providing substantial overlap with Central European business hours (10:00 CET / 11:00 CEST). Travel and on-site assignments are possible worldwide by individual agreement, depending on project requirements; permanent on-site assignments are not considered.
