Product designer (UX/UI), Berlin. Turning complex enterprise SaaS into products people finish tasks in, recently merged four legacy apps into one, and the design system engineering shipped against. Research, flows, UI, end to end. Open to roles in Berlin or remote-EU.

Product UX/UI designer, Berlin. Experience in enterprise SaaS and B2B platforms.
Four legacy applications, one product, one design system. That was the last big thing I shipped, and it is the kind of problem I keep coming back to: software that grew complicated faster than anyone could redesign it.
I spent nearly six years as the designer on an enterprise live-chat and CSM platform, through SnapEngage and then TeamSupport after the acquisition. Sole designer on the product, which meant I did all of it: sat in the user interviews, ran the usability tests, drew the flows, designed the screens, and built the component library the front-end team shipped against.
What that taught me, and what I bring to a team:
- Complexity is the job. Enterprise workflows do not get simpler on their own, someone has to decide what to cut.
- A design system is an engineering decision, not a style guide.
- Research beats opinion, and it is cheaper than a rebuild.
I trained as a graphic designer, which is the reason my interfaces hold up visually as well as functionally. Typography and hierarchy are craft, not decoration.
Since 2024 I have been sharpening the UX side deliberately: Google UX Design Specialization (2024) and IBM Generative AI Fundamentals (2025), now using AI tooling for research synthesis and rapid prototyping.
Looking for senior product or UX design roles in Berlin, remote-EU or remote-US.
Tools: Figma, Claude Code, Cursor, Figma Make, ProtoPie.

Projekthistorie
I owned the end-to-end product experience for a Funeral Home ERP mobile application across iOS and Android. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and the design team, I translated complex workflows into simple, user-centered solutions grounded in qualitative and quantitative research. I planned and observed user testing, and validated hypotheses through iterative prototyping and agile delivery. My work included wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes, while also contributing to the evolution of a scalable design system. I advocated for design quality, and ensured usability, consistency, and platform-appropriate patterns across all touchpoints.
I was responsible for all design aspects, successfully revamping the UX/UI of four outdated apps and merging them into one cohesive and innovative application. This process involved conducting user interviews and usability tests, creating wireframes and mockups, and developing a completely new design system. I collaborated closely with development and product teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.I was responsible for all design aspects, successfully revamping the UX/UI of four outdated apps and merging them into one cohesive and innovative application. I led the companys identity rebrand. Also worked on user research, usability testing, and iterative design for web apps for different clients, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to enhance user experience and ensure a seamless, polished final product.
