Embedded in a small team to deliver the migration of Transa's shop backend to a scalable Shopify Headless architecture — a complete system migration in an end-to-end TypeScript environment. Orchestrated multiple systems into one coherent commerce platform: Dato CMS for content management, Algolia as search engine, Netlify for hosting and Netlify Blobs for storage. Developed several custom Shopify apps to extend platform capabilities and guarantee consistent data flows across all systems.

Partnered directly with the founder to take gleans.me — a cloud-native platform for semantic search, automated summarization and insight generation — to its public-beta milestone. Supported the consolidation of Switzerland's two largest real estate platforms, Homegate.ch and ImmoScout24.ch, into a unified Vue.js solution — a migration on live, business-critical systems. Designed and developed a custom SSR microservice architecture deployed on AWS Lambda. Implemented a map-drawing feature for real estate search and later took full ownership of migrating the microservice from Vue 2 to Vue 3 while maintaining ongoing operations.
