Willkommen auf meinem Profil
Ich bringe KI in Unternehmen vom Pilot in den produktiven Betrieb. Als Forward Deployed Engineer arbeite ich eingebettet im Team des Kunden, remote, 30 bis 40 Stunden pro Woche, mit Verantwortung für Ergebnis und Betrieb. Einsätze im DACH-Raum und international, zuletzt in Consumer Electronics (Philips Sound), Pharma und E-Commerce (Medicom Pharma / DPNY).
Mein Schwerpunkt sind KI-Agenten und MCP-Server, die sicher an die Systeme eines Unternehmens angebunden sind, dazu RAG, semantische Suche und die Datenplattformen darunter (ETL, Data Warehouse). Die Basis: 12+ Jahre Produktentwicklung mit Design-Hintergrund, davor Unternehmer und Vertriebsleiter. Ich spreche beide Sprachen, die von Technik und die vom Geschäft. Freelancer seit 2016, über zwölf Projekte für Unternehmen wie Philips Sound, SPAR Österreich, Homegate.ch, ImmoScout24.ch, Emma Sleep und Techniker Krankenkasse.

Was mich von anderen unterscheidet
Ich betreibe meine eigene Plattform in Produktion. Mit anchrd Colab bekommen Unternehmen eine eigene Company-Intelligence-Installation: Firmenwissen, Rechteverwaltung, Connectoren zu den eigenen Systemen, Data Warehouse und KI-Operatoren, serverless auf Cloudflare. Mitarbeitende und ihre KI-Werkzeuge erreichen darüber mehr als 200 Funktionen per MCP; Connectoren werden je Kunde angelegt, Anmeldung über Google, Microsoft oder Slack. So arbeite ich
In drei Schritten. Verstehen: ein bis zwei Wochen in Ihrem Team, zuhören, Prozesse verstehen, das eigentliche Problem finden. Bauen: iterativ und sichtbar, jede Woche gibt es etwas zum Anfassen, mit Tests und CI/CD. Übergeben: Dokumentation, Schulung, sauberer Abschluss, Ihr Team übernimmt. Ich starte bewusst klein: erst ein Problem lösen und mir damit das Vertrauen für das nächste verdienen.

Eingebettet bei Medicom Pharma und der zugehörigen Agentur DPNY mit dem Ziel, KI in die tägliche Arbeit der Fachbereiche zu bringen. Nach einem Discovery mit allen Abteilungen (Marketing, CRM und Callcenter, Einkauf und Lager, E-Commerce) zuerst ein Data Warehouse aufgebaut, das Shopify, das ERP (MyFactory) und Marktplatzdaten zusammenführt. Darauf eine eigene Company-Intelligence-Installation (anchrd Colab) mit zentralem Firmenwissen und MCP-Zugang, über den Mitarbeitende mit ihren eigenen KI-Werkzeugen auf Wissen und Daten zugreifen. Onboarding und Schulung der ersten Nutzer, dann Aufbau von KI-Operatoren je Bereich, beginnend mit Social Media und Marketing.


Erfolge

Data Warehouse mit Shopify-, ERP- und Marktplatzdaten als gemeinsame Datenbasis für alle Bereiche. Echtzeit-Auswertungen statt Tabellen-Exporte, z. B. für Lagerbestände und Mindesthaltbarkeit. Mitarbeitende arbeiten per MCP direkt mit Firmenwissen und Daten, mit klaren Rechten.

Jedes Unternehmen bekommt eine eigene Instanz mit Firmenwissen, zentraler Rechte- und Zugangsverwaltung, Connectoren zu den eigenen Systemen und einem eigenen Data Warehouse. Embedded with Philips Sound to design and build a global data platform for aggregating, processing and analyzing international social media data — from architecture decisions through production operation. Owned the end-to-end solution architecture: robust ETL pipelines built with Dagster, a PostgreSQL data warehouse structured for reporting and analytics, and cloud infrastructure on Cloudflare. Developed a central MCP server with a lightweight Hono backend, giving international teams secure, unified and AI-ready access to company data. On top of the platform I built an AI-assisted workflow for the agency team: it pulls the social media statistics per market, detects trends and proposes content ideas. Instead of compiling numbers by hand, the team starts each planning round with a prepared analysis.

Achievements
Delivered an AI workflow that turns raw social media data into trend analysis and content proposals, used by the agency team in daily planning. Architected a production-ready global data platform as a single source of truth for international teams. Built scalable ETL pipelines (Dagster) and a PostgreSQL data warehouse for analytics and reporting. Developed a central MCP server on Cloudflare enabling secure, controlled and AI-ready data access.

Aufbau einer Company Intelligence für die Agentur: das gesamte Google Drive indexiert und per RAG durchsuchbar, Zugriffsrechte für den MCP-Zugang je Person, dazu ein Data Warehouse mit ETL-Pipelines (Dagster) und Connectoren für Instagram und WhatsApp. Ziel: teure Schnittstellen-Dienste durch eigene Anbindungen ersetzen und dem Team Kennzahlen, Trends und Beitragsideen direkt in der Arbeit bereitstellen. Daraus entstand das Datenprojekt für Philips Sound (eigener Eintrag).


Erfolge

Agenturwissen aus Google Drive per MCP für das Team und seine KI-Werkzeuge nutzbar, mit Rechten je Person. Social-Media-Daten (Instagram, WhatsApp) automatisiert im Data Warehouse statt in manuellen Exporten. Vorlage für das Philips-Projekt: gleiche Architektur, beim Kunden in Produktion.

Built comie.ai from scratch as a solo venture: a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing embeddable AI widgets for e-commerce websites — combining my two core fields, e-commerce and applied AI. Designed and implemented the complete architecture independently: Next.js frontend with the Vercel AI SDK, Supabase as central backend with PostgreSQL and pgvector as vector database for semantic retrieval (RAG), OpenAI for context-aware AI interactions, and a fully functional subscription and billing system via Stripe. Deployed on Vercel.

Embedded in a small team to deliver the migration of Transa's shop backend to a scalable Shopify Headless architecture — a complete system migration in an end-to-end TypeScript environment. Orchestrated multiple systems into one coherent commerce platform: Dato CMS for content management, Algolia as search engine, Netlify for hosting and Netlify Blobs for storage. Developed several custom Shopify apps to extend platform capabilities and guarantee consistent data flows across all systems.
