Responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all on- line analysers and Instrument devices,These included Gas chromatographs, Conductivity, Moisture, pH analysers, Tail gas analyzer, Methane, Oxygen, CEMS, and Total Sulphur analyzers, PT, TT, FT, several type of valves like( XV,UV, control valve, etc..).
Responsible for preparing monthly/daily reports and work permits.
Preformed repair and troubleshooting of Tail Gas analyzer, Gas Chromatograph, and CEMS analyzer.
Good knowledge about Permit to work systems (PWS) and several kinds of permits like Cold work permit, Hot work permit, Limited Space Entry permits.
Having good knowledge of plant safety rules & regulations.
Carries out fault finding maintenance and modification on pH, Moisture, Total Sulphur, H2S, CO2, SO2, Conductivity, Redox, Oxygen, and Gas Chromatograph.
Skilled to read Engineering Drawings, Loop Diagrams, P&ID Drawings, Logic Diagram & Hook up drawings also.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Ensure SOP’s are accurate and up-to-date and equipment is maintained and operated in a safe manner.
Perform regularly scheduled maintenance, functional checks, and calibration of on-line process analyzer equipment within the production plant.
Carries out troubleshooting and modification of sulphur recovery unit analyzers such as Tail gas H2S analyzers and programs various process analyzers systems such as Gas chromatograph and CEM systems.
Maintaining all offline and online analysers with high availability and reliability which are installed in all plants. This analyser is used as quality control for all products and its availability is a mandatory for advanced process control applications. His functions also to maintain health, safety and environment monitoring equipment such as fire and gas detection systems and Continuous Emission Monitoring System. Provide specialized technical support, troubleshooting and failure analysis of all plant Analyzers and associated control systems.
Tests, calibrates and reinstalls repaired analyzers, ensuring accuracy of operation and checks all test instrumentation against recognized standards.
Maintains and troubleshooting of different types of analyzers such as Gas Chromatograph, CEMS, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Chlorine, Silica, Raman analyzer, Opacity, Carbon monoxide, Methane, Total oil in water, Redox, pH and Conductivity to ascertain precise measurements.
Conduct Preventive maintenance of all analyzer instruments in different units of the plant. Assured that all works performed were done in the safest way based according to plant work standing instructions.
Performed preventive and corrective maintenance of all analyzer instruments such as Siemens Maxum II process gas chromatograph, Rosemount CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring System), Rosemount pH, Conductivity, Chlorine, Oxygen, Hydrogen analyzer, ABB methane, carbon monoxide, pH, Redox, and Conductivity analyser.
Performed preventive, corrective and diagnostic maintenance on the process control systems and control loops.
Works on calibration of analyzers and maintains records on analyzer testing, calibration and installation.
Performed maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, calibration and repair works on site or in workshop and minimizes the downtime for all installed analyzers by the timely implementation of planned maintenance procedures.
Prepare chemical standard solution and reagent solution for silica analyzer.
Ensure company standards, procedure and codes of practice and work permits procedures.
Knowledge to identify materials and spare parts requirements by the use of SAP.

Involved installation, calibration, and loop checking and commissioning and trouble shooting of Analyzers.
Involved in punch verification and clearing at field Analyzer, various field junction boxes and other related Analyzers.
Preparing necessary documents in different stages of inspection.
Project Duties included review of loop folders for final acceptance by the DPJV before transferring to Commissioning team.
Assigned to witnessing repair and calibration of Analyzers, commissioning of the following equipment: CEMS, PH, Conductivity, Oxygen, GC, Moisture, Tail gas, Hydrogen, TOC, DO, Hydrocarbon, Particulates, Silica, CO/CH4 and Viscosity.
