Full-Stack Software Engineer & AI Integration Specialist

Built an AI-powered recruitment platform with ATS-friendly resume and cover letter generation tailored to job descriptions using LLM integration (OpenAI API, Google Gemini API). Implemented RAG with embeddings and vector search for job-to-candidate matching and context-aware document generation. Designed prompt engineering workflows and AI automation for candidate screening, scoring, and role-based HR dashboards in React and Node.js. Added subscription access and multilingual support (English, Dutch) for HR teams and candidates.

Developed full-stack MERN web applications and REST APIs with integrations for authentication, payments, AI and LLM integration, and notifications. Designed MongoDB schemas, indexes, and queries; implemented JWT, OAuth, and RBAC security in Node.js backends. Built responsive React components with state management and WebSocket-based real-time communication. Deployed and maintained production systems using Docker, Linux, Git, CI/CD, Heroku, and Vercel; monitored logs and resolved production issues.

Delivered MERN stack features including REST API development and React frontend integration with Axios/Fetch. Optimized MongoDB data models and implemented secure JWT/OAuth authentication flows.
