Project Coordination & Operational Delivery
Hands-on coordination of complex operational projects, including CapEx projects for production equipment exceeding 1m EUR. Setup of trackers, status dashboards and persistent follow-up until open items are closed, with clear escalation to management.

Setup and management of monthly cost control processes for supply chain teams, including defined supplier owners, target values and month-end variance analysis. Coordination of suppliers and cross-border topics across Germany and the Czech Republic.
Tracking, Reporting & Data Accuracy
Building and maintaining clear trackers and status dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets at an advanced level. Reporting progress concisely to management and investors, ensuring data accuracy and master data integrity.
Finance Tools & Software
Practical experience with DATEV Unternehmen Online and Spendesk for finance operations. Support of finance software migrations including data clean-up and workflow setup.
CRM & Business Development
Experience with CRM tools such as Pipedrive and Airtable. Setup of first sales processes, management of B2B pipelines and acquisition of new customers across international markets.
AI & Productivity Tools
Daily use of AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT. Proficient in collaboration and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, Asana and Miro.
Multi-Country Coordination
Coordination of teams and suppliers across multiple countries, particularly Germany and the Czech Republic. Comfortable working remotely across different time zones and cultural contexts.
Stakeholder Management
Management of internal and external stakeholders including suppliers, investors and cross-functional teams. Clear and structured communication of project status and open issues.
