Projekthistorie
- Migration of existing and implementation of new Qlik Sense applications and dashboards. Complex dashboards making the analysis of KPI clear and simple.
- Requirements engineering in close cooperation with the IT infrastructure division and the business divisions of the European Commission.
- Definition of the Qlik Sense data architecture for the respective dashboard applications.
- Data preparation: data load, data manipulation, data enrichment activities for use in Qlik Sense application
- Collection of information out of various data sources (Oracle, MS-SQL, Postgres, MySQL, ...)
- Implementation of the different dashboards desired with Qlik Sense
- International environment: English is used for all communications and documentation.
- Ensure high availability for all databases (Oracle 10g & 11g / Informix 11)
- Maintain data integrity and data security
- Keep the environment up-to-date
- Maintain and optimize the performance of databases
- Ensure compliance with standards and best practices
- Member of a transversal unit (10 people) ensuring support and coherence for all implementations done by development teams:
- 20% global support to development teams
- Development of technical projects related to Oracle to ease continuous integration
- Management of profiling sessions of the application using Oracle skills:
- Initial data creation collaborating with project and business teams
- Data volume increased to 10% of customer target (40M cards / 20M daily transactions)
- Implementation of all scenarii (GUI / Batches / Webservices) validated by business teams and executed using Neoload
- Analyzing and profiling of all results (Jamon, OEM …) to track bugs and improve application performances
- Iterative process to be repeated for each version of the application (+ on-demand)
- Oracle technical reference for the development team (20 people)
- International environment: English used for all communications and documents
