- Managed out of the technology driven “Advanced Data Analytics Lab” the bank wide transformation to a data-driven sales organization as data product owner
- Identified in total over 35 advanced data analytics AI use cases from different data sources aiming at €25m p.a. growth target within 3 years. Developed sales dashboards (integrated into the CRM-system) allowing the sales manager to discover new leads in his client portfolio and insights in various product areas
- End-to-end management from idea generation, defining business requirements, designing front-ends and managing go-live for 15 use cases. Ensured implementation, managed roll-out in over 3 sales divisions, integration in CRM systems, triggered change management process and developed monitoring concepts to measure sales
- Developed together with the Head of Data Analytics the data strategy and a multiyear plan involving a tripling of the growth target to €75m and doubling of team size (7 to 14 FTE). Ensured agile project management (scrum) in a team of 7 members
- Developed the (ecosystem' partnership concept and implemented an affiliate salescooperation model with over 10 SaaS partners aiming at generating new sources ofrevenues and positioning UniCredit as innovative 'Beyond Banking' solution-provider
