Digital Assets Trading & Infrastructure
Expertise in building and operating digital asset trading desks from scratch, covering spot trading, derivatives, custody, staking, settlement and liquidity sourcing. Hands-on experience launching 24/7 crypto trading environments with automated processes and OTC liquidity setup.

Strong background in shaping go-to-market strategies, value propositions, client segmentation, pricing frameworks and business planning for digital asset banks. Experience presenting strategic reviews to Boards of Directors and driving multi-year capability roadmaps.
Trading Technology & Platform Integration
Proficiency in implementing and integrating trading platforms such as Talos with core banking systems, specifying REST and WebSocket APIs, and overseeing OMS/EMS infrastructure. Familiarity with Python, Bloomberg and automation tools.
Regulatory & Licensing Knowledge
Practical experience navigating bank licensing processes, MiCAR authorization and FINMA licensing requirements within the digital asset space.
Multi-Asset Trading & Execution
Broad trading experience across FX, CFDs, options, equities, futures and bonds, including algorithmic and block order execution for UHNW, corporate and institutional clients.
Client Relationship Management
Track record of acquiring, developing and managing HNWI and corporate client portfolios through advisory, trading ideas and execution, as well as onboarding and training clients on trading platforms.
Market Research & Board Communication
Ability to conduct client market studies and translate findings into board-level business cases and strategic presentations.
