Lead senior assignments for developers, investors, PPP sponsors, EPCs and operators covering feasibility, owner requirements, due diligence, RFPs and contracts, design assurance, commissioning strategy, operating models and investment-case alignment. Built business case and execution framework for a 2026 STC national fiber rollout. Developed owner-side Dawiyat RFP, SLA and contract frameworks for a 144MW multi-site O&M portfolio. Designed Royal Commission smart-city infrastructure across 60 sites, including MAN, ITS and city surveillance.
Built and led the data center consulting practice to profitability within its first year, with full P&L ownership across advisory, engineering, bid leadership and execution support. Led multi-disciplinary EPC and O&M pursuits and advisory assignments involving NEOM, Khazna, STC and DAMAC, representing up to 194MW of bid activity. Developed owner-side NEOM RFP, SLA and contract frameworks for a 36MW hyperscale campus program. Solutions Architect for design of National Grid 150-operator command and control center.
Directed critical operations and design-build delivery for a 1.8MW plus 1MW colocation environment comprising 612 racks, covering facilities, white space, service delivery, customer commitments and operational readiness. Closed 115+ O&M gaps within six months by strengthening procedures, maintenance controls, escalation, reporting, compliance and accountability.
