I am a Technology Manager and Cloud Solutions Architect at PNG DataCo, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in architecting, securing, and managing enterprise IT and cloud environments. I specialize in designing and delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure solutions that meet evolving business and compliance needs.
My core expertise lies in Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). I have successfully led numerous digital transformation initiatives involving cloud migration, virtual data center design, M365 adoption, and disaster recovery implementations. My role involves end-to-end ownership—from scoping and architecture to deployment, automation, and optimization using Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, and scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash.
In my current capacity, I manage cross-functional teams delivering solutions such as IaaS, PaaS, DRaaS, BaaS, email and endpoint security, and hybrid networking. I’m also responsible for technology strategy, cost control, license management, and vendor engagement.
On the cybersecurity front, I hold certifications including CISA, Azure Security Engineer Associate, and AWS Security Specialty, among others. I’ve led ISO 27001 initiatives, managed enterprise risk assessments, and developed policies and controls aligned with NIST CSF, ISMS, and ITIL v4 frameworks. I’ve conducted IT security audits across multiple state-owned enterprises and orchestrated red team/blue team exercises and incident response playbooks.

Summary
Planned, researched, and recommended office of Simbu Governor, SPG, Simbu Provincial Executive Council (PEC) about implementation of effective IT programs for performance improvement. Establish IT budgets, oversaw procurement and selection of relevant IT equipment, while maintaining inventory and ensuring buying of best equipment within budget limits. Lead and administered cybersecurity awareness programs for better understanding. Managed PNG accounting system (PGAS) and provided support for windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite applications including training. Compiled and presented IT projects reports to senior management and staff.
Responsibilities
Provide technical advice and training to Simbu UNITECH Satellite University (SUSU), Advise office of Simbu Governor, Simbu Provincial Administrator, Simbu Provincial Executive Council (PEC) on effective implementation of ICT based priority programs, Provide guidance during selection and procurement of ICT related equipment’s, Provide user, hardware and software support and networking, Provide ICT capacity building trainings to all SPG public servants, Provide written and oral reports involving ICT projects. Manage and support the PNG Accounting System (PGAS).
Achievements: Arranged and configured PowerPoint presentation system for PNG National Nursing Symposium in Kundiawa attended by over 700 nurses Mentored over 140 public servants including 6 Local Level Government Manager on IT skills, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Email. Configured and installed wireless network system for Simbu UNITECH Satellite University. Repaired National Identification computer systems and revamped infrastructure and restarted setup for first time in six months.

Delivered technical assistance to Simbu Provincial Treasury and District Administration, while coordinating with IT Division and PNG Department of Finance (DOF). Administered and maintained inventory, while preparing DOF IT budgets. Delivered training sessions across all sub-national levels and Local Level Governments (LLG) in line with PCABE objectives.

Provided technical support to Simbu Provincial Treasury and District Administration in coordination with ICT Division, PNG Department of Finance (DOF),
Conducted ICT audits in all six (6) Simbu Province districts surveying, assessing and reporting on site IT proficiency to identify immediate training requirements through use of Training Needs Assessment (TNA) forms,
Planned and supported PGAS (Papua New Guinea Accounting System) in all 6 districts in the province,
Prepared and submitted DOF ICT budgets for approval and funding,
Planned and conducted ICT trainings across all sub-national levels and Local Level Governments (LLG) in line with PCABE objectives,
Provided technical support to Provincial & Districts treasuries and administrations,
Completed the project ahead of schedule under budget.
Achievements Led IT audits in in all six Simbu Province districts to analyze training requirements by using Training Needs Assessment (TNA) forms. Established an IT training laboratory for SPG.  Configured virtual learning Management System (Moodle) on a windows server. Provided mentorship to over 200 SPG officers including 10 LLG managers and led 5 Training of Trainers, ToT.
