Ich verbinde Transformationssteuerung mit KI im Arbeitsalltag.

Seit September 2024 begleite ich bei Porsche Digital einen Value Stream: Analytics- und Engineering-Teams, ein Flow-Cockpit für die Steuerung, Jira-Architektur und Power-BI-Reporting — Kennzahlen, an denen Führung tatsächlich entscheiden kann. Davor fünf Jahre Portfolio- und Transformationsarbeit bei der Luxemburger Handelskammer, dort über 150 Fachkräfte in Kanban ausgebildet.

Ich bin Accredited Kanban Trainer (Kanban University), Certified SAFe Program Consultant und Flight Levels Coach. Seit 2026 leite ich ehrenamtlich zusammen mit Dr. Franz Korbinian Hütter die dvct-Fachgruppe „KI-Ethik im Coaching & Training". Als Geschäftsführer der Vishnu Artists GmbH führe ich ein Team von sieben Leuten und ein Netzwerk von zwölf Expertinnen und Experten — bei Bedarf bringe ich Verstärkung mit.

Wofür ich Mandate übernehme:

• Interim-Steuerung, wenn ein Portfolio oder Programm feststeckt — Governance, Priorisierung, Reporting.
• KI im Arbeitsalltag — keine Folien über KI, sondern Arbeitssysteme, die Teams selbst betreiben.
• Governance nach EU AI Act — Inventar, Risikoklassen, AI Literacy, Nachweise.
• Trainings: Kanban (KMP I und II), SAFe, Flight Levels, agile Führung.

Einsatz: DACH, Luxemburg und remote europaweit. Reisetätigkeit im Schnitt 5–7 Tage im Monat; bei passendem Mandat auch international.
