WHAT I DO
AI & automation: self-hosted n8n, Zapier, Make. Dozens of workflows running in production - lead capture and enrichment, LLM-based classification and routing, document and data extraction, CRM and email sync, chatbots and internal assistants. LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI), REST and webhook integrations, scraping and data pipelines, plus the unglamorous parts: error handling, retries, monitoring.
Web development: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, conversion-focused landing pages, Vercel, Core Web Vitals, Google Tag Manager and GA4 including call tracking and consent handling.
SEO in German and English: technical SEO, on-page and content strategy, structured data, sitemaps and robots, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. I run an automated weekly SEO monitor across 9 production sites and report on it in writing.
Social media & content: a decade running social and content for my own brands and for clients - short-form video (Reels/TikTok/YouTube), content strategy and calendars, copywriting, and using AI tools for ideation and production. Includes growing a Snapchat AR-lens channel to 359K followers.

BACKGROUND
11 years in German banking, most recently Deputy Head of Settlement at dwpbank. MSc Finance & Accounting. That matters for finance-adjacent and regulated clients: I understand process controls, reconciliation and audit trails, and I read a business case as fluently as a codebase. Running my own AI automation and software practice since 2024.
